Open Evening: 18 September, 5.30-8.15pm
See the whole school and meet our fantastic staff and students.
There is so much to see a do we recommend choosing the subjects you are most interested in first. Our Senior Students will greet you as you arrive to explain what's on in each area of school. Our Headteacher and student speeches (including a performance from 'Oliver' and up-coming musical 'Grease' are at 6pm and 7pm.
Ms Holliday and Miss Kerr will visit Year 5 and 6 children early in September to hand out invitations.
Tours of the School: 7, 8, 9 & 10 October, 9.00-10.30am
See our 900 learners in action with a tour of the school during the day.
We offer a comprehensive tour to children and their parents. There will be a booking link on a pop-up page of our website in the first weeks of September.
Year 5 Information Evenings: May 2025
Information Evenings, May 2024, 6.00-7.30pm
This is a fantastic opportunity to visit us and find out more. You will receive a 'save the date' invitation through your child's primary school nearer the time. You can choose from one of four evenings to attend on more specific details will be sent nearer to the event.
The evening includes:
- Refreshments
- Presentation from Mr Hayes and Ms Holliday
- Tour of the whole school
Year 5 QKS Experience Days: June 2025
We invite primary schools to visit us for a day to experience learning in the QKS environment. The day's activities are split into two. Children conduct a series of science experiments in a laboratory or complete a Design Technology challenge, before completing Duke of Edinburgh survival and team-building activities. It is a fantastic opportunity to get to know key transition staff and enjoy learning in a secondary school environment.
